I grew up moving—first through dance, my voice when words fell short. Yoga came later, introduced in my rural NSW school by a teacher who unknowingly planted a seed.
Over time, my practice evolved, shaped by place and season. After ten years, I formalised my training with the Australian Yoga Academy, refining my Vinyasa approach.
Now in Castlemaine, VIC, I teach fluid, heart-centred Vinyasa, focusing on the connection between movement, breath, and self.
Less about the shape, more about the feeling.
